SEO Audit for Small Businesses in South East London
A one-off, flat-fee SEO audit for your existing website. You get a specific list of what's wrong, what's costing you rankings, and exactly how to fix it. Keep the report whether you work with me after or not.
What it is
A proper audit. Not a PDF template with your logo slapped on. I actually look at your site, run the technical tests, check your Google Business Profile, compare you to competitors, and write a specific report.
Most agencies charge £500 to £2,000 for something similar and follow it with a pitch for a retainer. I charge £30 flat, give you the full report, and you decide what to do with it.
What's in the report
- Technical SEO. Crawlability, indexing, sitemap health, canonical URLs, redirects, broken links, schema markup, HTTPS, mobile-friendliness.
- On-page SEO. Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, keyword targeting, internal linking, image alt text, content depth.
- Local SEO. Google Business Profile review, NAP consistency across directories, local schema, geo signals, local keyword opportunities.
- Core Web Vitals. LCP, CLS, INP scores on mobile and desktop. Specific fixes ranked by impact.
- Competitor comparison. Who's ranking above you for your main keywords and why.
- Priority action list. Everything you should fix, ranked by impact vs effort. You can hand this straight to any competent web designer.
Why £30?
Because the report takes me 2-3 hours and the rest is automated. I'm not trying to make a living off audits. I'm trying to be useful to local businesses in SE London and build trust. A lot of people who take the audit end up becoming clients for the redesign or ongoing SEO, but that's their call, not mine.
If you want me to actually implement the fixes, that's a separate conversation. Most of what's in the audit, you could hand to any competent web designer and they'd get it done.
What you'll need to give me
- Your website URL.
- Your Google Business Profile link, if you have one.
- The top 3-5 keywords or search terms you'd want to rank for (e.g. "hairdresser forest hill", "osteopath crystal palace"). If you don't know, I'll suggest some based on your business.
- Access to Google Search Console, if you've set it up. Helpful but not required.
That's it. I don't need login access to your site or analytics for the audit itself.
Timeline
- Day 0: You pay £30, send the information above.
- Day 1-3: I run the audit, compile the report.
- Day 3: Report delivered as a PDF. 10-20 pages depending on site size.
- Optional follow-up call: 15 minutes to walk through anything unclear. No pitch, no upsell.
Common questions
Is this actually useful or will it just push me toward a rebuild?
It's genuinely useful. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, sometimes it's three specific fixes to the existing site, sometimes it's just better Google Business Profile management. I tell you what I actually see, not what gets me the most work.
Who's it for?
Small businesses in SE London with an existing site that isn't pulling its weight on Google. Clinics, salons, cafes, trades, studios, service businesses. Not e-commerce stores doing over £1m a year — those need specialist agencies.
Will it fix my rankings?
The audit diagnoses, it doesn't implement. You (or someone you hire) has to actually do the work. But the list of fixes in the audit, done properly, will measurably improve rankings within 6-12 weeks.
What if I want you to implement the fixes?
That's a separate piece of work with a separate quote. Some of the audit fixes will be cheap (add schema, fix title tags) and some will effectively be a rebuild (if the site is on a platform that can't support the changes). I'll tell you which.
